The hotel is situated in the city centre, nine miles from Liverpool airport and a short walk from Lime Street railway station. The rooms are large and elegantly furnished, with en-suite bathroom, television, trouser press, hair dryer and hospitality tray. There are two restaurants, one that serves French cuisine and the other which offers a more informal, less salubrious menu. The hotel is now looking a little worn, and in need of renovation. There are leisure facilities available at a small charge.
