Situated in a quiet residential square, the hotel is five minutes walk from Bayswater Road and Bayswater and Queensway underground stations. The rooms are medium in size and in good condition. All rooms are decorated in light colours with dark wooden furniture. The rooms at the front of the hotel offer attractive views over the square and the basement rooms are slightly larger. The bathrooms are in fair condition, all with showers and some with baths.
